I am Alysia Lee Asp, a creative transformation coach, practical AI strategist, award-winning educator, consultant, speaker, and entrepreneur.
For more than 25 years, my work has centered on one question:
How can we help people think differently, use what they already have, and create better possibilities?
My background includes psychology, education, coaching, creativity, design thinking, professional development, business strategy, branding, and practical generative AI.
That may sound like an unusual combination. It is also the reason I can see connections that are easy to miss when we look at a career, business, or problem from only one angle.
I am a certified coach and NLP practitioner, the founder of Creativity Consulting Co., Ltd., and the creator of professional learning communities and programs including Flex My Career and Flex My Tech.
I am also an award-winning design educator, TEDx speaker, sold-out presenter, trainer, and facilitator. I have worked with professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, and organizations across industries and cultures.
Originally from the United States and based in Shanghai for more than 11 years, I bring a genuinely cross-cultural perspective to my work.
